William Sobczak

William is Co-Founder of BRX London, a construction and refurbishment company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across the capital. He holds a First Class Honours degree from the University of Western Australia and began his career in London within the investment team at Kepler in Mayfair, where he produced detailed investment analysis across the UK and North American markets.

Driven by a strong interest in property, William went on to found WJS Property Group, specialising in the acquisition and redevelopment of residential assets in Prime Central London, including Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Fulham. At BRX London, he leads on commercial strategy, client relationships and project structuring, ensuring each project is delivered with clarity, efficiency and a strong focus on value.

Murat Gundes Bakir, MSc

Murat is Co-Founder of BRX London, a construction and refurbishment company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across the capital. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from University College London, providing a strong technical foundation in structural design, construction methodology and project management.

He has extensive experience delivering high-end residential and commercial projects across London, managing complex builds from early-stage coordination through to completion. At BRX London, he leads on delivery and site operations, overseeing programme management, quality control and coordination across all stages of construction to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Beri Popovic, Dipl.Eng.Arch, RIBA, MCIOB, SBID

Beri is the Architectural Lead at BRX London, bringing extensive international experience across aviation, retail, residential, hospitality and commercial sectors. A qualified architect and member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), he has led and coordinated complex, large-scale developments across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. 

His experience includes major infrastructure and mixed-use projects such as Heathrow Terminal 5, international airport developments, and large-scale residential and commercial schemes, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects from concept through to completion. 

At BRX London, Beri is responsible for design coordination, building control strategy and technical integration across projects, ensuring all architectural, structural, MEP and fire requirements are fully aligned and delivered in accordance with both design intent and regulatory standards.

Moise Giscan

Moise is Head Site Manager at BRX London, overseeing the on-site delivery of the company’s residential construction projects across London. With extensive experience working to the standards required by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and various housing association specifications, he brings a strong understanding of the compliance, quality and coordination required on projects in some of London’s most demanding boroughs.

A skilled carpenter by trade, Moise combines hands-on craftsmanship with strong procurement knowledge, ensuring materials and resources are sourced efficiently without compromising on quality. At BRX London, he manages day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and driving programme delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
