Client’s Brief

The project involved full electrical rewiring, rerouting of plumbing and pipework, installation of a new consumer unit, heating system, radiators, boiler and hot water tank. New kitchens, bathrooms and WC installations were completed alongside carpentry works including doors, wardrobes, skirting and flooring installation. Finishing works included plastering, tiling, decoration and repairs throughout, followed by final fixing and snagging to deliver a fully refurbished home compliant with building regulations.
